With coming off being at The New Jersey State Fair Sussex County Farm & Horse Show most of the past week, this Epic Weekend In Pictures is going to be much more picture driven than text and stories. It was great seeing everyone at The Fair, both old and new friends. Many wonderful memories. This was definitely their biggest and best turnout in many years, at least the 11 years I've been here in Jersey. Shout out to everyone who helped make it happen. From the many wonderful people, to Oscar The Robot my friend, this was an action packed NJ State Fair! This weekend I was basically recovering and resting, enjoying poolside time with my friends. I also started up my new electric grill I purchased in October to replace my old one that died. My parents were very happy that I grilled at home on my deck for the first time in 5 years! My 102.3 WSUS Morning Guy Steve Andrews is now very happy I have started grilling at home with my new electric grill. He wants to call it a frying pan and make fun of it, but guess who just enjoyed a terrific NY Strip Steak leftover from me? If he wants any more of my leftovers, Andrews knows it's best to stop making fun of me with my electric grill. Shout out to Sussex Meat Pack on 23 in Wantage! They all recognized me immediately even though I honestly haven't been there in a few years due to not grilling on my own at home. Their team with Joanne was able to custom make Portuguese Linguica Sausage. It's a huge deal with Portuguese and common in New England, so much so some pizza places over that as a pizza topping. They were able to custom make this special order for me and their team nailed it! It's basically a delicious sausage with a spicy kick to it. The minute I thawed it out and smelled the Linguica, we smiled and said they nailed it! Then I also had a great time at Crystal Springs Vista 180 Pool with several of my besties. When showing off The Crystal Springs Vista 180 Pool, and then The Biosphere, everyone laughed and said "okay now we see why you're so happy here during the summer weekends. This place is gorgeous!" They quickly saw why I refer to it as my Heaven On Earth Happy Place as many weekends as possible! Okay here's your warning: get ready for a ton of pictures!
