Joe Alwyn has been honored in this year's 2022 Time100 Next list alongside fellow actors like national treasure Keke Palmer, Euphoria star Sydney Sweeney, and more. For the Conversations with Friends star, his friend Ryan Reynolds wrote a sweet blurb about his talents, and according to E News!, it features a Taylor Swift easter egg.

"I’ve known Joe Alwyn for six years—and that’s long enough to see someone’s heart," the Deadpool star wrote. "Long enough to know whether or not they’re made of good stuff. And Joe Alwyn is made of good stuff. Don’t take my word for it. He’s bewitched a host of filmmakers, including Ang Lee, Yorgos Lanthimos, Lenny Abrahamson, and Claire Denis."

Reynolds continued, "He lives at the intersection of enigmatic mystery and fun drinking buddy—a quality that no doubt contributed to his standout performance in this year’s Conversations With Friends. It’s exciting to witness where he’s been. More exciting to see where he’s headed."

Alwyn and Taylor have been dating since 2016 and according to E News!, Taylor and Reynolds have been friends for years and Blake Lively, who married Reynolds in 2012, even made her directorial debut in Taylor's music video for "I Bet You Think About Me."

When Lively announced her pregnancy earlier this month, she revealed that Taylor was one of the only people who knew the couple was expecting before she decided to share the news with the rest of the public. The Instagram post showing Taylor hugging a pregnant Lively and now Reynold's short tribute to Alwyn are some of the most recent peeks into their personal lives that fans have gotten in a while.
