Keesha is a beautiful girl with a beautiful soul! This sweet senior just wants love and a home to live out her golden years! Keesha is so friendly and affectionate, all she wants is to be near people. She does enjoy a sunny window, but it’s your attention that she really wants and she will nuzzle your hand to ask for more! She’s a meek girl who doesn’t ask for much other than love. Even though she’s only lived with adults, her previous owners thought she’d be fine in a home with kids who are 5+ who are able to follow directions so Keesha can have her quiet time when she wants to relax. At 13 years old, Keesha is looking for a special adopter. We took her into our shelter knowing she had early stage kidney failure which tends to be relatively common in older cats, and they may actually live several years when given proper care. She does have moderate anemia however, which we are working to find the cause of. We are looking for an adopter who understands that Keesha is a hospice case, but because of that, want her to spend her golden years (or months) in a home - not a shelter.
