Kendall Jenner is keeping it real and admitting why she used to be "jealous" of her sister Kylie Jenner when they were kids.
During Thursday's (October 30) episode of their family's Hulu reality show The Kardashians, the 29-year-old model explained why she was jealous of her younger sister when they were teens, specifically because their parents, Kris Jenner and Caitlyn Jenner, were less strict when it came to parenting Kylie, the youngest of the Kardashian-Jenner siblings.
After Kylie revealed that she used to smoke weed with her friends at her family's Hidden Hills home, Kendall recalled how she was "so mad" at her younger sister, saying, "I was like, 'You're a degenerate!'" However, the real truth behind her emotions came from how she was comparing the different ways they went about their lives, per E! News.
"I was jealous," she said. "I was jealous that I didn't have as much of a free spirit as her at the time."
The Kylie Cosmetics founder, 28, joked that her sister "was such a hater" and was "very hard" on her when they were growing up because of how lenient Kris was compared to the rules the older siblings β Kourtney Kardashian, Kim Kardashian, Khloe Kardashian and Rob Kardashian, who she shared with late ex-husband Robert Kardashian Sr. β had to follow.
"Kris Jenner definitely got more relaxed the more children she had by the time I came around," Kylie said in a confessional. "I was definitely afraid of her and respected her, but I could get away with a lot."
