98 Degrees, a popular boy band from the late 1990s and early 2000s, is set to perform at the New York State Fair in Syracuse on Monday, August 25, at 8 p.m. The concert, part of the Chevrolet Music Series, will take place on the Suburban Park stage and is included with fair admission. The fair runs from August 20 through September 1.

The band, consisting of Nick and Drew Lachey, Jeff Timmons, and Justin Jeffre, is known for hits like "Because of You," "The Hardest Thing," and "Give Me Just One Night (Una Noche)." 98 Degrees has sold over 15 million albums worldwide and recently released a new album, "Full Circle," on May 9, 2025, featuring both new songs and re-recordings of their classic hits.

This performance marks the band's return to the New York State Fair after a successful show in 2021. Fair Director Julie LaFave expressed excitement about their return, noting that the concert will bring nostalgia to longtime fans while introducing their music to a new generation.

The New York State Fair is known for its diverse lineup of concerts, with over 40 national acts scheduled to perform this year. Tickets for the fair are currently available through the Star-Spangled Savings sale, which ends on July 6. Regular admission tickets will be available starting July 7.
