Fans are convinced that Nicki Minaj was well aware that her ex-boyfriend Safaree was in the building for her tour stop in Miami, especially after she seemingly addressed him during the show.

On Sunday night, October 6, the "Everybody" rapper hit the stage at the Kaseya Center in Miami for her "Pink Friday 2 World Tour." Meanwhile, Safaree entered the venue and roamed the hallways with his security. In videos posted to social media, people caught Minaj's ex in the crowd rapping along to her songs with some Barbz during the show. However, he appeared to dip out early after Minaj appeared to address those who broke her heart in the past.

"You ever had your heart broken," she said with Safaree in the crowd. "And did you cry all day and you didn't wanna get out of bed and you couldn't eat and you thought that life was over? And then one day you woke up and you realized you're way better off without that moron?"

Nicki Minaj and Safaree dated for over a decade from 2003 to 2014. The couple broke up before she dropped her third studio album The Pinkprint, which reportedly has songs inspired by their relationship. A year later, she began dating Meek Mill. Safaree also moved on and eventually joined the "Love & Hip-Hop" franchise where he met his ex's Erica Mena and Amara La Negra. Despite their messy past, Safaree reassured fans no bad blood exists between them, at least in his opinion.

"I’m proud no cap… a lot of yalll will never understand but there is no malice in me… I’m proud," he posted to X.

There's no confirmation that Minaj actually knew Safaree was in the crowd. However, she did bring out her current husband Kenneth Petty and put the moves on him while she performed her hit "Super Freaky Girl."

"Play stupid games. Win stupid prizes," Minaj wrote on X after the show.

Is that what made him leave? You be the judge. Check out videos from last night's show below.
