Some NBA Rules Are Changing Next Season

Maybe these rule changes will help my New York Knicks play better next season! (wishful thinking)

The NBA Board of Governors has approved a few changes for the 2017-18 season including how many timeouts each team receives and timeout lengths.

According to the NBA, The Board of Governors also approved moving the February trade deadline from the Thursday after the All-Star Game to the Thursday 10 days before the All-Star Game. This will help teams avoid adding new players just as practices and games are resuming after the break.

Set the reminder because the NBA season officially kicks off Tuesday, October 17th!
