I spent the full day with Dr. Silverman today!
It was back to New Beginnings Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery for another session of Cool Sculpting. It's been about 4 weeks since my last visit, and I forgot how much you feel the cool sensation the first few minutes you're hooked up to the machine!
As you'll see in the gallery below, we took before/after pictures, Kelly (we also celebrated her bday!) marked this sessions target areas with a Sharpie and then we were off to freeze away the fat!
I also talked to Dr. Silverman on Facebook Live about what I was feeling during this treatment. This non-invasive procedure is pain free, although you will experience some discomfort as your body adjusts to the cool sculpting device suctions to your body.
