Walking and Texting could get you a ticket in Honolulu.
Yesterday, a bill of ordinance went into effect making it illegal for a "pedestrian to cross a street or highway while viewing a mobile electronic device."
According to Fortune, the first offense could get you a ticket worth $35, the second $75 and the third for $99. The rule does not apply to you if you're making an emergency call while crossing the road.
Keep your head up!
