(New York, NY) -- Metro North is considering a plan that would require their 350 engineers to be tested for sleep apnea. The NTSB announced earlier this month that the engineer of the Metro North express train out of Poughkeepsie  that derailed and killed four people in December suffered from a severe case of sleep apnea. MTA chief spokesman Adam Lisberg told "News 12",  that they ar working on plans for addressing sleep apnea for critical safety personnel, but have no final plans yet.
